Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect during the Creative Problem Solving Playtest programme, why we collect it, and what rights you have regarding your personal information.
We follow the principle of data minimization and only collect the information that is necessary to organize and conduct the test.

What information do we collect?
During registration
- Parent / Legal Guardian name
- E-mail address
- Country
- Child's age
During the validation
- Responses provided in the Test Report Form
- Photographs voluntarily submitted by the parent or legal guardian
- Communication related to the test programme
If you choose to submit photographs, we kindly ask that they show only the child's creation or the building process whenever possible.
If a photograph containing identifiable people or other personal information is submitted accidentally, it will not be used as part of the project documentation and will be permanently deleted without undue delay.
Why do we process this information?
The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
- Managing registrations.
- Sending the test document package.
- Communicating with participants.
- Conducting the test programme.
- Analyzing the overall test results.
Legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed based on the participant's voluntary consent.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Who has access to the data?
Personal data is processed exclusively by the project owner.
Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties unless required by applicable law.
How long is the data retained?
Personal data is retained for up to one year after the completion of the playtest programme, but for no longer than three years from the date of submission.
Unless a longer retention period is required by law, all personal data will be permanently deleted after this period.
Upon request, personal data will be deleted without undue delay.
Children's data
The child's name is not collected during the validation programme.
Children participate anonymously and are identified only by their age.
Any photographs submitted are used solely for evaluating the test activities.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request information about the processing of your personal data.
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
